After graduating from Warsaw Culinary College he worked in the best Polish restaurants including Malinowa of Bristol Hotel and La Rotisserie of Le Ragina Hotel. He was the first Sous Chef in famous Atelier Amaro, the first and only Polish restaurant awarded with ...... Arek has been working as a professional chef for 20 years. After graduating from Warsaw Culinary College he worked in the best Polish restaurants including Malinowa of Bristol Hotel and La Rotisserie of Le Ragina Hotel. He was the first Sous Chef in famous Atelier Amaro, the first and only Polish restaurant awarded with Michelin Star. At the moment Arek holds the Sous Chef position in legendary Shelbourn Hotel in Dublin. He completed the internship in Patrick Guilbaud Restaurant (**) and Le Ecrivan Restaurant (*) in Dublin.
